SKD trust of Kabbalamma temples, brought under the First Schedule 2 of the Act 30 of 1987. The Board of Trustees is constituted by members appointed by the government.

The Executive Officer is the chief executive of SKD. He is assisted by Security Officer, Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, and Chief Engineer.

SKD employs about 50 persons.

SKD has dedicated itself to serving pilgrims who visit Kabbalu. It provides facilities to make their pilgrimage a unique and rewarding spiritual experience.
